includes such issues as crisis intervention, suicide intervention,
hostage negotiation, abnormal psychology for crisis negotiators
and the author's personal account of his and his negotiation
team's effort at Ruby Ridge, Idaho. This guide offers
the "nuts and bolts" of the theory, procedures
and techniques of crisis negotiation. This reference work
is intended for the trained negotiator and is an aid or
idea generator for crisis negotiators during a crisis.
